The house is located on a one-way street in the old town centre (Via Lorenzo Bruno) and was extensively renovated in 2000. (Note: The oil heating system used at the time should be replaced with something more environmentally friendly.) All pipes and wiring are new.

The house is lovingly maintained and impresses every visitor with its beautiful mahogany floors and stairs. It has a large garage and offers a fantastic view of the Po Valley and the French Alps from the rooms on the upper floor.
As a village, Murazzano offers everything that a small town offers: a pharmacy, a small supermarket, a bakery, a pastry shop, two osterias, two kiosks, a café/bar, an aperitivo bar, a post office, a doctor, a butcher’s shop, all kinds of craft shops and much more.

In summer, the evenings and days here on the mountain are not so hot. The Ligurian Sea and its coastline are only 40 minutes away. And in winter, there is snow here at least twice a year. Ski lifts with guaranteed snow are 30-45 minutes away.
